Before belonging to a home, a city, a culture or a group, we belong — or learn to belong — to our own body. It is where life happens first: breath, memory, boundaries, desire and perception.
Inhabiting the body does not mean controlling it. It means listening to its changes, recognizing its rhythms and noticing the stories it holds without words. During transitions, this listening can restore an inner reference when the familiar world begins to reorganize.
The body is also a territory of encounter. It helps us notice where presence exists, where we withdraw and where a choice still needs time to mature. Returning to it is less a technique than an everyday gesture of belonging.
When we recognize the body as home, transformation stops being only an idea. It gains time, shape and reality. It can be lived, integrated and carried into relationships, work and the paths we choose to sustain.
